1) When will I get my Account at Araujo Home Makers activated ?
Ans: Your account is activated within 5 minutes of paying your first installment to Araujo Home Makers.

2) Where will I be able to recieve my invoice's and reciept's ?
Ans: 1) You will recieve all your invoice's and reciept's by post at your billing address in India.
2) You will also recieve a printable copy of your invoice's and reciept's at your email address.

3) Will I be able to edit my Password and Addresses ?
Ans: Yes, you will be able to change or update your password and your email address, however you will not be able to change your residential address as this address will be the same as that on the Agreement to sell.

4) Can I acess my account even if I do not have an email account ?
Ans: No, you will not be able to access your account if you do not have a email account.

5) How can I notify Araujo Home Makers about the payments that I have made ?
Ans: You can Notify us by 1) By regular post
2) By sending us a email from your current updated email account.
3) By filling in the payment detail form, you can also personally come to our office and make the payments.

6) I have forgotten my password how can I retrieve it ?
Ans: If you have forgotten your password you will have to enter your username and click on the password finder button, on clicking this button you will recieve a mail at your current email address with the neccesary information.

7) I have made the payment but my account has not been updated ?
Ans: 1) This could be because your payment has not been acknowledged by our bankers.
2) You have not notified us about the payments that you have made.

8) For more information on my account details whom should I Contact ?
