Location:-
This project is called "Fatorda Woods" because of it is situated in a serene location, and will be surrounded by over 100 of decorative plants tree's, yet it is also close to all the important place's which you will find necessary in your day today life. In this fast moving world of pollution and concrete jungles Araujo Home Makers realised the need to build home's which will co-exist in harmony with nature so that after your hard day's work or on your holiday's you still have a place to relax in a pollution free atmosphere.

Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium :-
The Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium which was built in 1989 and has a capacity to accommodate over 35000 people. It is also the largest stadium in Goa and the neighbouring areas of other states. This is the only stadium in Goa where international cricket and football matches are played. This stadium is just opposite to the proposed residential complex called "Fatorda Woods".

Indoor Stadium :-
The Indoor Stadium where Badminton and other Tennis games are played is a 4 minutes walk from the proposed residential complex

Outdoor Stadium / Jogger's Track :-
The Outdoor Stadium consist of a jogger's track and is open to the public for free. It is a good place for people going out for morning walk's or exercise's to keep themselves healthy. This Outdoor stadium is a minute walk from the proposed complex.

Swimming Pool :-
The swimming pool is a 4 minutes walking distance from this residential complex. Entrance is free however if you wish to swim in this pool you can do so by becoming a member (paying a nominal monthly fee) or non members can use it whenever they wish to swim by purchasing a ticket. It is open only in the morning's and evening's.

Schools And Colleges :-
The School of our Lady of Rosary is a minute walk, The Smt. Parvatibhai Chowgule college of art and science is a 15 minutes walk, Presentation Convent is a 15 minutes walking distance, there are many other school too that are close to this complex.

S.G.P.D.A Market Complex :-
The S.G.P.D.A market complex is the biggest market complex in south Goa, this market complex is a 7 minutes walking distance from the proposed complex.

Ravindra Bhavan :-
This government proposed cultural center will be a 5 minutes walking distance from the proposed complex.(Currently under construction)

Railway Station / Airport:-
The Margao (Madgaon) railway station is at a 3 km distance. All trains passing through Goa have to make a halt at this station. The Airport is a 15 minutes drive from "Fatorda Woods".

K.T.C bus depot:-
This bus depot is where the route's of inter state buses originate, it is also the main bus stand for all the state buses in south Goa. This depot is a 7 minutes walking distance.

Beaches:-
For some weekend relaxation. The famous Colva beach is at a 2 1/2 km distance, the Benaulim beach is at a 3 km distance, and the Sernabatim beach is at a 2 1/2 km distance from "Fatorda Woods".

Verna Electronic City:-
The Verna Electronic city is less than a 12 minutes drive from "Fatorda Woods".

State / National Highways:-
"Fatorda Woods" lies between two national highways one connecting Margao to Ponda and the other connecting Margao to Vasco and Panaji.

Hospital/Bank/Post Office:-
A hospital is just opposite and a nationalised bank and a post office is just to the right of "Fatorda Woods".

Church/ Temple/ Mosque:-
The Church of our Lady of Rosary is less than minute walk, The Temple of Shri Damodar is just a minute walk, and the mosque is a 10 minutes walking distance from "Fatorda Woods".
